EL-SOL Fair — Donation Fashion Event

Role: Marketing & Brand Designer (Branding · Campaign Design · Event Experience)
Timeline: 2023
Tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Social Media Assets

Project Summary

EL-SOL was a second-hand fashion and design fair held in Tel Aviv, where all clothing sale proceeds were donated to the “Latet” charity association.

The project was fully initiated, branded, produced, and operated by my partner Nitzan and me, combining community collaboration, local creators, and social impact into a single event experience.

Beyond fundraising, the fair also supported local artists and designers who sold their products at the event and could choose to donate part of their revenue to the cause.

Overview

  • The project aimed to transform clothing donation into an engaging social and cultural event, encouraging community participation while raising funds for families in need.

  • Through branding, storytelling, and social media marketing, the fair attracted visitors while creating a welcoming space supporting both charity and local creators.

Challenge

  • Create a recognizable brand identity with minimal budget

  • Attract visitors to a charity-based event

  • Coordinate collaborations with multiple partners and creators

  • Produce a visually cohesive experience across physical and digital touchpoints

Process

  • Developed the EL-SOL brand identity, visual language, and logo

  • Designed marketing materials and social media campaign assets

  • Created signage, event guidance materials, and communication visuals

  • Organized professional photography sessions for donated clothing to support promotion

  • Built and managed the event Instagram presence and content strategy

  • Collaborated with partners including Selina Hotel, laundry services, photographers, artists, DJs, and volunteers

Solution

A branded community event combining second-hand fashion, local design, and social impact.

The fair created an engaging environment encouraging visitors to shop, donate, and support local creators, while all clothing sales revenues were donated to charity.

Branded clothing tags, signage, and social promotion strengthened event identity and partnerships, including collaborations such as discounted services and co-branding opportunities.

Results & Impact

  • Successful fundraising event supporting the Latet association

  • High visitor engagement and participation

  • Exposure and sales opportunities for local creators and designers

  • Strong social media traction and community awareness
