MindGuard Website (Product-Led Web Experience)

Project Summary

MindGuard is an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform that connects to team tools such as Slack, Jira, Asana, and Google Calendar to analyze organizational workflows and support better execution across teams.

I led the website’s UX and UI design across multiple product iterations, translating an evolving product strategy into a clear, manager-first web experience. The website functions as an extension of the product—communicating value, structure, and workflows in a way that supports product understanding and adoption

Overview

As MindGuard evolved through several strategic shifts, the website needed to continuously adapt to changing positioning, audiences, and product direction.

My goal was to design a scalable web structure that communicates complex product value with clarity while remaining flexible enough to evolve alongside the platform.

Challenge

  • Evolving product narrative: frequent product and positioning updates required continuous restructuring of messaging and flows

  • Product clarity: explain organizational value and outcomes before introducing features

  • Audience alignment: communicate effectively with managers and decision-makers while maintaining transparency toward end users

  • Scalable web system: design reusable structures that support ongoing iteration without redesigning the site each time

Process

  • Defined a manager-first content flow: outcomes → process → integrations → demo

  • Built a modular layout system enabling fast iteration as product strategy evolved

  • Refined messaging and hierarchy alongside product and stakeholder discussions

  • Ensured UX and UI alignment between website, product flows, and demo experience

Solution

A product-led marketing website designed as an extension of the MindGuard platform—communicating evolving product direction through clear UX structure, calm visual language, and modular storytelling components. The website supports demo understanding and product adoption while remaining adaptable to future product evolution.

Results & Impact

  • Faster comprehension of product value for first-time visitors

  • Consistent UX and UI language across product, demo, and website

  • A flexible web system supporting continuous product iteration

My Contribution

Website UX/UI design, information architecture, visual system, messaging structure, product storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and design–engineering handoff.

Key Takeaways

Product websites work best when they are designed like products—structured, intentional, and adaptable to change as the system evolves.
